We have a preferred lender that we recommend, as they offer very competitive rates. Since they are our preferred lender, they are already familiar with Maritimes and will give you red-carpet rapid and efficient service.

 

If you already have a bank that you have a good relationship with whom you feel would give you efficient, hassle-free financing, then great! We will work with your bank to get your financing. All they will require is a signed purchase contract. We can complete this when you come in to meet with us to discuss which finishes you've selected, including your lot and home design.

phase 1 versus phase 2 pricing

Phase 1 was our introductory phase in to Algiers Point, we built our high end home product here in Algiers Point to attract and build the market. Buyers slowly but steadily started trickling in from Uptown and other parts of the east Bank area. Once people discovered they can own a much larger home with high end finishes and a larger lot in peaceful historic Algiers point for a fraction of Uptown prices we were able to establish the market and sell all of phase 1 homes.

Now in Phase 2 our pricing reflects the product we are building and delivering and is still at a big value at a fraction of the cost of uptown, Midcity and Lakeview.

We hope you will come join us out in Algiers Point and be apart of this amazing community, once you are over here the 7 minute drive over the beautiful bridge will be worth it. Come spend a Sunday strolling on the Levee and taking non the panoramic views of downtown and you'll get it!
